Keila Outdoor Stage and Park
completed 2024
The concept of the Keila Outdoor Stage and Park grounds focuses on the existing landscapes forms and refurbish the public park and festival grounds to a multi use public space. Every part of this landscape caters to many uses throughout the year:
- the stage can be split up to individual outdoor classrooms for the neighbouring schools
- walkways are used to host fairs and festival activities
- the plaza in front of the stage doubles as an ice skating rink in the wintertime (with integrated cooling system) etc.
- curated flora for educational and sensorial experiences
- The celebratory nature of the event venue also serves as a public daily living room for the local community
